The Split bar mechanism allows you to stop or reset the right or left needle by operating a one-touch utility lever. This machine produces perfect stitches on the corner parts of materials.
This two needled machine offers the basic thread trimming operations that are perfect for sewing on heavy-duty materials. This machine utilizes a brand new mechanism that does not change the ratio of the alternate vertical movement of the walking foot and the presser foot, even when the thickness of the material changes. This mechanism also helps prevents slippage between the upper and lower fabrics even when a heavy material is used. This new mechanism has a rectangular feeding motion promises a consistent feed of materials of any thickness without any stitch gathering. Also, the reduced lift of the feed dog helps prevent the material from flopping around and reduces the operating noise and vibration. With the adoption of a new rectangular feed mechanism, an alternating vertical movement mechanism and a unison feed mechanism helps feed heavy-weight materials more smoothly and more powerfully. It has a maximum stitch length of 9mm. Many of the improved features offer enhanced operability, such as an easy-to-observe area around the needle, placement of the bobbin winder, and a large hand wheel. The full-open-type top design makes it possible to fully open the top of the machine arm and helps make adjustment easy without tilting the machine head
