The MO-6900J Series comes with a newly developed feed mechanism that moves the top and bottom feed separately. It has been specially designed to sew on the heaviest fabrics, inc jeans and multiple layers of leather.  With the combination of the feed's increased differential feed ratio and improved feeding capacity, the machine is able not only to prevent uneven material feed but also to easily finish difficult processes, such as sewing different types of materials together, ruffling, and piping. It is ideal for sewing on heavier materials, as the walking foot on this overlocker helps to pull the material through. Juki has also incorporated a needle cooler, as the friction created whilst piercing heavy material is much higher, the needles have a tendency to weaken over time, so Juki has come up with a way around this. The feed dog has also been designed and timed up to perfection so that it will ensure not to damage your material when pulling it through. Many of the internal components of this machine have also been upgraded and strengthened to cope with a heavier load and extend service life.
