The principle of direct drive removes the need for a belt from the motor to the machine, as the motor is built into the machine head. It allows the machine to be lighter and more efficient. The machine will have practically 0 noise and vibration, as the belt and large motor under the table is gone. Juki MO6816 is perfect for sewing on light and medium-weight materials. With a maximum speed of 7000 STI/min, it guarantees your work will be done quickly and efficiently. 
Juki has also incorporated a dry oil mechanism that guarantees 0 oil stains on your material. Juki has also added 2 USB ports for this machine, one for software updates on the machine and the other for phone charging, making the machine extremely user-friendly. They have also installed a bright LED onto the overlocker, providing sufficient lighting for your sewing area, to ensure that you have a clear view of your material and the stitches the machine makes.
