At Konsew Sewing Machines we are committed to supply the highest levels of customer satisfaction. All our products are from genuine brands, which are top quality and highly reliable. None of our terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products Details and price

All prices and offers indicated on this site are subject to stock availability.

Postage Charge

All sewing machines will be dispatched within 2 working days to mainland UK addresses unless specified in the description, delivery will have to be signed for.

Cancellation & Returns

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received your item and have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund subject to the following conditions. (We regret that we cannot accept returns for the purchase, used machines, clearance items.)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the product for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

All returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories, manuals and other documentation.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the product was defective or we made an error in processing your order.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the value of the returned item.

Once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund or process an exchange, as applicable, within 10 business days. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on opened software, needles, knifes/blades or custom orders.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and you need to pay the balance on collection within 7 days of notification that your order is ready.

Out of stock orders

If the item being out of stock, we will contact you by email to advise when delivery is to be expected. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Guarantees

All products are fully covered by the manufacturer's guarantee. At Konsew Ltd we give you one year back to base guarantee. Your warranty period starts from the date of your invoice and covers hardware failure, and includes the cost of parts and labour. A “back-to-base” warranty means that you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us for any reason. We ask you to retain your receipt and also the packaging.

Please remember we are here to help. It is very rare for one of our products to be faulty. Please telephone us in the first instance should you encounter any problems.

If you changed your mind and want to return the machine, you have 7 days to notify us. Machines are not qualified for free return. You will have to book and pay for the returns yourself. The machine has to arrive to us in the same packages and same condition as you received it and within 14 days of purchase for a refund. All refunds will be made as per the original method of payment. We charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds are usually processed within a couple of days of receiving the item back.
