What we offer

Recommendation service

At Konsew we’re able to commit to contracts with institutions, businesses, schools and colleges as well as helping you find the perfect personal sewing machine. Our recommendation service will guide you towards the right machine for the material you’re planning to use.  

To complete this helpful service, our engineer Mick will provide you with useful maintenance tips as well as a personal demonstration of the machine following your purchase.

Repair service

All our machines at Konsew are assembled and tested by our highly-experienced engineer Mick. However, many customers come to us with faulty or broken machines. We can service and repair all makes of sewing machines, overlocks, and embroidery machines.

With our great workshop in London, we aim for your sewing machine to be repaired and serviced in under 48 hours. If additional parts are required and we don’t currently have them in stock, repairs may take longer; although we endeavor to complete jobs at the soonest possible convenience.

Estimation service

We offer free estimates for services and repairs of sewing machines at Konsew. Our estimate gives you information on:

• What exactly what is wrong with your machine;

• The amount of time required to service or repair the machine;

• The cost of our complete repair service.

If after receiving your estimate you decide not to have your machine repaired or serviced by us, simply come and pick up your machine from us. There is no commitment and no hidden costs.

Call our highly qualified and experienced engineer Mick on 07476066290 to arrange a meeting. After this, simply drop off your machine at our workshop in West London between Monday – Saturday, and Mick will provide a free estimate.

Where we come from

My name is Mykhailo Konet, the owner of Konsew Ltd. I have been in the sewing machine industry for more than 27 years. I originate from Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and have been living in London for many years. In this time, I have been a committed maintenance operative at Konsew’s sewing center.

I began my trade as an apprentice in 1988 while at college and then continued to practice maintenance and repairs in workshops and big manufacturing centers in Ukraine before working in London.

Over the years I have been able to develop my skills which have made me a great and passionate tradesman.

In 2015 I established my own business Konsew Ltd.
