At Konsew Sewing Machines we are committed to supply the highest levels of customer satisfaction. All our products are from genuine brands, which are top quality and highly reliable. None of our terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products Details and price

All prices and offers indicated on this site are subject to stock availability.

Postage Charge

All sewing machines will be dispatched within 2 working days to mainland UK addresses unless specified in the description, delivery will have to be signed for.

Cancellation & Returns

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received your item and have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund subject to the following conditions. (We regret that we cannot accept returns for the purchase, used machines, clearance items.)

You must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the product(s).
It is customers’ responsibility to ensure that it is received by us in unused condition. Refunds will exclude the original delivery charge included in the price of the original order and will not be given on damaged, marked or incomplete items including missing original packaging or free gifts. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage during transit unless we arrange delivery.
You must pay the return charges.
Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your payment can be refunded and we will credit your account within 30 days.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and you need to pay the balance on collection within 7 days of notification that your order is ready.

Out of stock orders

If the item being out of stock, we will contact you by email to advise when delivery is to be expected. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

20% VAT is included in all prices.

Guarantees

All products are fully covered by the manufacturer's guarantee. At Konsew Ltd we give you one year back to base guarantee. Your warranty period starts from the date of your invoice and covers hardware failure, and includes the cost of parts and labour. A “back-to-base” warranty means that you will need to cover the cost of returning the goods to us for any reason. We ask you to retain your receipt and also the packaging.

Please remember we are here to help. It is very rare for one of our products to be faulty. Please telephone us in the first instance should you encounter any problems.

If you changed your mind and want to return the machine, you have 7 days to notify us. Machines are not qualified for free return. You will have to book and pay for the returns yourself. The machine has to arrive to us in the same packages and same condition as you received it and within 14 days of purchase for a refund. All refunds will be made as per the original method of payment. We charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds are usually processed within a couple of days of receiving the item back.

Privacy Policy

We do not hold any information about our customers other than the basic details supplied when placing an order. Credit card details are either given by you direct to Paypal, who process the card payments for us. These details simply enable us to process your order and are never passed on to third parties other than for payment card authorisation.
